"The moment they stepped through the door there was a feeling of calm professionalism and all my worries for the evening ahead evaporated. The dinner was faultless and delicious particularly the beef..done to perfection. The canapés which acted as a starter were beautifully and imaginatively presented and were delicious too. There were so many little extras which had been thought of without my asking but which just made the evening. The profiterole tower was out of this world..

My kitchen was also left spotless at the end. In short ..a perfect dinner with a friendly but very professional team!
